YOUTH INDOOR SOCCER
This training is designed to improve creativity, speed of play and craftiness on the ball; receive additional technical work over the winter; keep players in shape and on the ball; develop awareness, coordination and vision on the ball through small-sided play; and improve quickness, agility and balance. Players will have a lot of touches on the ball and are constantly moving. We will focus on the technical side of the game rather than relying on athleticism. There will be 30 minutes of training and 30 minutes of play. Wear shin guards and indoor soccer or running shoes. Bring a water bottle.
