Spring Soccer

Registration Deadline: Monday, March 2, 2026 

Soccer teams are formed based on age and school district. Once registration is complete, participants are assigned teams. Coaches will have a meeting mid-March to select practice times, receive rosters/ equipment and pre-season information. Requests for practice days or teams cannot be considered. Teams will begin practice late March and games will begin in April. Any makeup games will be played during the season when possible. Soccer games are played at Rec. Park and Waid Park. Late registrations will be accepted March 3 - 18 with an additional $15 late fee. Participants must be 4 years old as of the May 1, no exceptions. Players who wish to move up must be at least one year from moving up and can do so with permission from a parent. Participant should be registered in their age group with a note giving permission to move to the next league. Participants can move down if there is a medical reason to stay down (within one year) and a doctor’s note must be provided for medical reason. 

Coaches Meeting:  Mid-March
Practices:  Up to twice/week, beginning late March
Practice Location:  Elementary School Sites, Waid Park, Recreation Park, Summit View
Games Schedule:  8-12 games from April-early June
Game Locations:  Waid Park and Recreation Park
Equipment Needed:  Shin guards/Socks that cover shin guards, Soccer Cleats.  Soccer Ball is recommended for practice but not required. 
Uniforms:  Coach finds sponsor to pay for uniforms
Leagues/Soccer Ball Sizes:
5U and 7U:  Size 3
9U and 11U:  Size 4
13U and 18U:  Size 5
