BASIC YOGA FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES 

Each week we will focus in depth on learning 2 to 3 gentle yoga poses. Each pose will be discussed for its health benefits, what muscle groups are stretched and poses will be demonstrated. Each week we will build upon last week’s poses, growing the sequence. By class 7 or 8 we are practicing the entire sequence so that you will feel confident in what you have learned and prepare you for practice at home
