LINE DANCING CLASSES
Join us on Mondays for a little line dance exercise! No experience needed, just a little bit of rhythm and willingness to have fun! Register in person or online. Registration Deadline: 1 week prior to start of classes

EVENING YOGA CLASSES-6 WEEKS
Let your journey begin today and learn how to relax your mind and relieve stress. Gentle and thorough poses will strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, improve your balance, circulation and lung function. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothing. MORNING YOGA CLASSES
Join us for 6 consecutive weeks of yoga that will begin to improve your stamina, balance and flexibility. Posture, blood circulation, lung capacity and your stress and anxiety will see improvement as well. Each class will end with a guided meditation. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. CHAIR YOGA
Join us for a relaxing hour as we explore developing our breath and practice restorative “yoga belly breathing” to self regulate stress levels from a chair. Learning to pair your breath with gentle movement and stretching, we can maximize our own natural ability to promote better breathing, relaxation, wellness, flexibility and better health. Each class will end with a guided meditation. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins the first day of class. BEGINNING YOGA FOR HIGH SCHOOLERS
We will learn yoga postures that will provide a natural way to reduce anxiety, relax and get calm, while increasing flexibility, toning and core strength. We will be practicing breathing techniques to develop better focus and learn about guided meditation at the end of every class to discover how to become more mindful while increasing our personal balance and peace. Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins the first day of class. Registration Deadline: 1 week prior to start of classes.
